This paper is mainly about the digital steering gear control system based on DSP.The so-called"rudder"is a kind of actuator in the flight control system.The flight path of the aircraft in the air is realized by the rudder to drive the rudder surface.The performance of the aircraft directly affects the performance of the aircraft.Normally,the rudder is mainly composed of four parts,the brush less DC motor,the controller,the mechanical structure of the rudder and the sensor,and the controller is the core component of the steering gear[1].In this paper,a set of digital rudder control system based on DSP is designed based on the characteristics of a certain type of aircraft and the high performance requirements of the rudder,based on the control system of the rudder of a certain type of aircraft.Through the analysis of the system,we know its structure,control scheme,hardware and software design of the controller and so on.Therefore,this article will start from the following parts of the digital steering gear control system for research and design.First,through the analysis of the present situation,it is proposed to design a steering control system with high degree of digitalization to meet the precise control of the aircraft.At the same time,through the analysis of the system,we find out some indexes used by the system,and carry out the overall design of the system according to the index.Secondly,according to the basic components of the existing steering gear,the hardware design of the steering gear control system is started.The servo control adopts the 2bit fixed-point DSP?digital signal processor chip?TMS320F2812[2],and the EPM series CPLD produced by Alter company as the control core[3].By analyzing the strength of ANSYS parts in the hardware for a long time,we can judge whether they meet the strength requirements of the site.According to the different functional modules of the hardware,the corresponding power processing circuits are designed according to the different needs of the power supply.At the same time,after the hardware design,through the analysis of the overall requirements of the steering gear system,we design a host computer software to meet the system requirements.Aircraft drivers can control the movement of the steering gear by using upper computer software,thus controlling the flight of the aircraft.The software of the machine control system includes two parts:BIT software and application software.The BIT software runs in the background,monitors the servo loop,and reports the detected loop status and fault information to the upper computer.The application software consists of[4],including system management,control law calculation,task management,servo loop self monitoring,and other functional modules.At the same time,in the design of hardware and software,a servo loop mathematical model is established to simulate the control law of the system,and the parameters of the servo loop system can be preset by adjusting the parameters in the simulation.Due to the unavoidable differences between the mathematical model and the engineering practice,the parameters of the control law are adjusted by the pilot test of the servo loop system of the rudder in order to meet the performance requirements of the steering system.
