As an important component of the missile guidance system,the performance of the steering gear is critical.It decides the performance of the missile to a large extent.With the development of technology,the size of the electric steering gear becomes gradually smaller.The load capacity increases gradually.It has simple structure,low cost and high reliability.It has been the ideal choice for missile steering gear.The new microprocessor chip,especially DSP chip,is replacing the traditional electronic devices.The main body of this paper includes the principle and requirement of the system,the general design of the servo system,the hardware realization of the system,the software realization of the system and the system simulation and improvement scheme.In the field of industrial control,the applications of DSP is growing,especially in the field of motor control.Therefore,in order to complete the motor servo system,we chose to use DSP as the main controller.In the part of principle and requirement of the system,the principle of the electric steering gear,the principle of the rudder circuit and the principle of the servo system are introduced.On this basis,according to the actual project requirement and the function of the system,different design requirements are put forward.The performance of servo system has been raised to a new level.In the part of the overall design of the system,the principle and characteristics of the DSP,the selection of the DSP and the other hardware design of the system are introduced.The TMS320F28335 of TI is proposed as the main controller of the system.In the hardware realization part of TMS320F28335,the hardware configuration of TMS320F28335 utility board,the hardware implementation of the driver,the hardware implementation of the feedback device and the hardware implementation of the disturbance device are introduced.The hardware model,specification,characteristic and working principle are described.In the software realization part of the system,I use CCS6.0 as programming software,debugged with 100V3 emulator.DSP software programming includes the design of the main program and interrupt program.The main program is configured of e PWM module.The interrupt multiplication is mainly configured of ADC module.Then,the human-computer interaction interface of the system is designed with Lab Windows.It includes the design of the man-machine interface,along with the serial communication by DSP controller.In the part of the simulation and improvement scheme of the system,the system is modeled by MATLAB.The incremental PID parameters are configured,simulated and analyzed.Then,I designed and configured the fuzzy controller.Finally,I verified the improved fuzzy PID control program through the simulation.
