Missile rudder is the power mechanism of the flying missle control system.It can control the rotational state of the motor by receiving the speed command transmitted by upper computer,which can make the missile rudder deflect,thus the flying attitude of missile can be controlled precisely.Missile rudder is divided into hydraulic rudder,pneumatic rudder and electric rudder.Electric rudder has replaced the other two rudders gradually due to its small size,light weight,large load capacity,fast response and high reliability.Electric rudder is composed of BLDC and speed reducer.However,the torque ripple of the brushless DC motor is large,and the speed reducer also brings about the problem of power loss that will affect its application effect in the servo system.Therefore,this paper proposed an anti-shock,fast response and direct-drive missile rudder system using an external rotor PMSM which used the FOC(Field-Oriented Control,FOC)vector control algorithm to realize the rapid speed control of missile rudder.Firstly this paper introduced the the mathematical model of PMSM,and according to the mathematical model,FOC vector control algorithm and the parameter tuning method of the speed loop PI(Proportion Integral,PI)controller and the current loop PI controller was introduced.And the measurement method of the related parameters of the external rotor PMSM designed by our team was introduced which was required in the parameter tuning of two PI controller.Then built the vector control simulation model in Matlab/Simulink software to prove the rationality of PI Controller Parameter Tuning and Vector Control Algorithm.Secondly,the design process of the power circuit,power circuit and its driving circuit,three-phase current sampling circuit,angular position detection circuit,MCU and its peripheral circuits were introduced which was based on the motor size.The selection process of the angular position sensor and the two magnetic encoder measurement principles and their installation process were introduced particularly.Then,a set of FOC vector control software system based on XMC1302 platform was designed.The software development environment,the configuration process of App in DAVE3 and the design flow of main program,interrupt program,FOC program,PI controller program and motor startup program were introduced in detail.The mechanical and electrical testing of the missile rudder system was carried out based on the completion of software programming and the hardware system including the motor,which proved that the missile rudder system could still operate stably and adjust the speed quickly after bearing the great impact.Its met the basic requirements of the missile rudder system.Finally,made summary of this paper,pointd out the shortcomings of the research work and discussed the next work.
