The load-bearing reinforced concrete box arch bridge has the advantages of small structure,small deformation,large span,relatively light weight and modeling simple appearance and so on.In the construction methods of many of the reinforced concrete box arch Bridges,the application of the cast-in-situ construction method is generally applied to the engineering practice.In order to ensure the success of bridge closure and bridge alignment,and at the same time control the internal force of the bridge within the permissible range of design allowables,construction and control work must be carried out in the process of bridge construction.This paper introduces the development of arch bridge,the type of box arch bridge,the characteristics of box arch bridge and the detailed introduction and theoretical analysis of the construction method of box arch bridge.Based on the actual bridge project,the construction method of the cast-in-place bracket is carried out and the design of the support scheme is carried out.The bridge during the construction of arch ring adopts the points section cast-insite,points in the process of the ring section cast-in-site,has been built in the later construction of segmental linear is not to adjust,in order to ensure the bridge closed smoothly and into linear bridge meet the design requirements,this article for the arch ring construction method and construction sequence has carried on the detailed study and analysis,finally determine the arch ring of casting method and pouring sequence.During the construction process,the elastic deformation of the manchu scaffold was obtained and the pre-arch degree of the arch was guaranteed to ensure that the arch of the main arch was linear.With the help of Midas Civil2015 to build a complete bridge structure finite element model to carry out the analysis of the frame of the manchu scaffold,and to obtain the suitable landing plan to minimize the force of the main arch ring.The measured results of controlled variables(bottom plate stress,roof stress and structure line)are analyzed from the whole construction process and the main bridge,and the measured value is compared with the theoretical value.The stress,roof internal force and structure line control of this bridge are very high,and the values of these controlled variables are consistent with the theoretical values during the construction process.Finally.The paper conclude that the linear and internal forces of the bridge are well controlled,and the research content of this paper can be used as reference for the construction and stress analysis of similar type of bridge.
