| With the advent of an experiential economic society and constant improvement of the general aesthetic level,we have increasingly emphasized the pursuit of quality of life.Commercial space-as an important gathering place in our daily life.The traditional commercial space is mainly based on the form of retail portfolio consisting mainly of single businesses,and the main purpose is to guide public consumption.In the era of experiential economy,the continuous development,improvement and upgrading of the retail industry,consumer demand for commercial space tends to be diversified,mainly reflected in the public’s greater emphasis on the participation,experience and experience of the consumer space.People desire to experience in the space.The process resonates.The theory of perceptual phenomenology is an attempt to break the existing "single" spatial form,enabling the audience to obtain a true perception,and space design theory starting from the space itself and the experience.This article will use perception phenomenology as a theoretical basis and combine related design cases to conduct research and analysis on experiential commercial space.Explore how to design a more commercial space for consumers from the perspective of perceptual phenomenology.First of all,this article combs the theory of perceptual phenomenology,and then analyzes the relevance between perceptual phenomenology and experiential commercial space,and summarizes the problems existing in the development of experiential commercial space.On this basis,the phenomenology of experience in the design of experiential commercial space features,that is,the spatial visual experience,tactile experience,auditory experience,smell and taste experience and the interaction between various sensory experiences are systematically studied.Afterwards,through the combination of relevant cases,a summary of the modeling methods and techniques for the perceptual experience in the experiential commercial space design.And from the experience-based commercial space in the spatial experience theme positioning,the spatial dynamic plot organization,the construction of space static atmosphere to sumup the three aspects of perceptual experience construction strategies.Finally,using the practical case of experiential space design of Shanghai K11 Shopping Center as a test and analysis of the feasibility of constructing the perception experience,the research methods and conclusions obtained can provide reference for the commercial space design in the current experiential economy reference. |
