Commercial Space Design Of Sloped Based On Experiential Shopping

The rapid development of online shopping has had a tremendous impact on city business entities,creating a substantial decline in sales by these entities.In recent times,vacancy rates of shopping malls and commercial street stalls has risen each year.In order to avoid the difficulties ahead,business entities are orienting themselves towards experiential shopping experiences.In addition,China is many mountainous regions.With social progress and the development of the city,there is increasingly less flat land available for development.The remaining land available for development increasingly consists of sloped areas.In development and construction,commercial buildings situated on sloped sites is becoming more common.This paper attempts to combine these two elements,and seeks to investigate their design logic and interrelated connection.In addition,this paper will summarize the design principles and methods based on experiential shopping and sloped commercial spaces in the new era of development.Useful suggestions and references for sloped commercial entities will be provided.This article is based on the reading and reference of a large amount of relevant literature,and on personal study and research of a number of different actual cases,both domestic and international.This article also summarizes and analyzes projects from a first-hand,personal viewpoint.Firstly,research and analysis of the development of business and commercial entities reveals a trend toward experiential shopping development,and therefore,discussion of the relevant principles of experiential shopping will be conducted.In addition,the relevant principles of sloped shopping spaces will also be discussed.Next,this paper will discuss the slope-style shopping experience in commercial spaces,and review the three main defining characteristics: differentiation,experience,and a sense of attraction.In analyzing these three characteristics,the design principles and design methods based on experiential shopping slope commercial space will be summarized.Lastly,I will personally review relevant principles and designs for testing and demonstration in specific cases.Paper main points: 1.The systematic research of the sloped commercial space.2.Summarizes the three feature-based elements of the experiential shopping slope commercial space: differentiation,experience,and a sense of attractiveness.Analyzes related design principles and methods.3.Presents and discusses practical hands-on projects,provides practical experience in engineering design and demonstrates support for the final conclusion.
