Electronic control hydraulic automatic transmission is the leading type of transmission with leading equipment, due to its comfort and stability. As for the Automatic Transmission, hydraulic control system is a vital system. The working conditions of the system directly affect the transmission quality, and determines the transmission's ride comfort, vehicle power and energy economy.Hydraulic control system is a complicated one composed of oil lines, mechanical valves, electromagnetic valves and other devices. Moreover,it is hard to process and invisible to work, and there are too many influential factors and control units.Because of the complex structure and frequent changes in Hydraulic control system during the development process, there is a vast waste of time, materials, and resources. In addition,it is also difficult to explain and understand in the training and teaching work. Thanks to the simulation software,it can be applied in the process of mechanical and vehicle design,testing,etc..It can not only make the complex structure visible and clear,at the same time through the changes and restrictions of different parameters, the software can effectively simulate the system, work condition of the parts, therefore effectively reduce the invalid production during system test, decrease modifications of the parts and lower the cost at the earlier period..Through the simulation of the hydraulic system automatic transmission, the original complex oil lines are clear to see,and at the same time the test work can be carried out.The stimulation software can modify the parts to obtain more accurate and reasonable component parameters. In the daily work, simulation can make complex, static Hydraulic control system which is more intuitive, visual and dynamic,so that it can effectively improve the student's learning effect.
