Automatic vehicle in recent years has become the market mainstream,gradually replaced the manual gear vehicle,automatic control technology which is mainly due to the now mature,the automatic transmission is more and more used in vehicles,in the proportion of the whole market is gradually improved,the market of the automatic vehicle type with automatic transmission,mainly using the automatic transmission,what is commonly referred to as AT.But in the last decade or so,a transmission called DCT has developed rapidly and has been used more and more in the car.The major automobile companies are making great efforts to study the new type of transmission.The transmission has many advantages,for example,its transmission efficiency is higher than the drive AT,and when shifting,the ride is smoother than the traditional AT.Our country's research on DCT is still in its infancy,and the core technologies are in the hands of large foreign companies,especially electric and hydraulic control technology.Therefore,increasing investment in DCT and research and development,for China's automobile development is very meaningful,but also a more urgent task,I study the transmission of hydraulic control system is also the significance of this.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The introduction part introduces the research significance and comparing the performance of various types of transmission project,obtained the advantages and disadvantages of various transmission and application in the car;secondly introduces the development process of DCT and advantage,finally introduces the research contents of this paper.In the second chapter,DCT type is introduced,and the characteristics of two kinds of dual clutch,dry and wet,are analyzed.Secondly,take a 6 block DCT as an example to introduce its system composition,and make a detailed introduction and analysis of the components and working principle of each structural part of the system.Finally,the working principle and power transmission route of wet DCT are analyzed carefully.The third chapter consists of hydraulic control system of wet DCT were introduced,followed by the hydraulic control circuit and the working principle of the system wascarefully analyzed,finally the hydraulic control system of electromagnetic valve and the hydraulic valve function,working principle and characteristics are analyzed in detail.In the fourth chapter,the main hydraulic pressure system,the clutch cooling system and the safety control system are simulated and analyzed.First carries on the analysis principle of hydraulic slide valve of various subsystems,and each subsystem and model to verify the reasonableness of the model by using AMESIM software,set the parameters of the hydraulic model,finally focus on the key parameters of various subsystems,and reasonable values for the key parameters of each.In this paper,the software used for wet DCT modeling and simulation is called AMESIM,and the model is built and analyzed with the software.DCT transmission hydraulic control system is very complicated,the whole system has an electric control part and a hydraulic part,so to put the entire system as the research object,is very difficult,so the research object of this paper is the subsystem of the hydraulic control system,for example,the main oil pressure regulating system,and clutch cooling system and safety control system.Through the simulation analysis of the key parameters,the reasonable range of the specific parameters is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for DCT research and development.
