Study On Bid Strategy Of EZH Water Revetment Reinforcement Project In Heilongjiang Province

With the continuous development of economy and society,the competition level in the tendering market is also constantly increasing.The construction enterprises in the bidding process,the rational use of strategies and techniques,and gradual development has become the company’s core competitiveness to win the bid.In the actual bidding process,due to the improper use of bidding strategies,the overall strength of the enterprise cannot be fully played,and the best opportunity for winning the bid is missed.In order to seek a scientific and reasonable bidding strategy,effectively improve the competitiveness of the enterprise bid,and increase the company’s profit income,it is an urgent problem to be solved by the engineering bid enterprise.This article takes a certain project of water conservancy and bank reinforcement in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,starting from the perspective of the bidding enterprise.Based on the comprehensive domestic and international literature on project bidding strategy,the research ideas of this paper are clarified.First of all,the basic outline of the project and the requirements of the owner’s unit for the construction period and quality are clarified.The project environment,the complexity of the project organization and construction,the existing resources of the company,and the technical strength are selected from the aspects of the project,internal management and external influences.The indicators of the factors such as management level,owner’s credit,etc.,made use of the SWOT model to analyze the feasibility of bids,and confirmed that the project meets the development-type bidding strategy.On the basis of this,a technical standard with comprehensive competitive strength will be prepared based on the rational construction plan design,good procurement quality,management informationization,shortest construction period,and appropriate engineering quality.Furthermore,the total project volume of the construction project shall be accounted for,and based on this,a reasonable match of the input and matching of manpower,machinery,and materials in the construction process shall be used to reasonably and efficiently increase the utilization efficiency of resources.At the same time,in combination with the actual conditions of the project,the unbalanced quoting strategy method is selected from a number of bidding strategies and methods,that is,the engineering unit price of the previously completed project is appropriately upgraded,and then a larger proportion of the project repayment can be obtained in the previous settlement.Effectively ease the turnover of corporate funds and bring more economic profits to the company.In addition,identify possible risk issues in the unbalanced bid process strategy and take appropriate measures to avoid risk.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned bidding strategy,reasonable rules and procedures should be followed for the implementation of the bidding strategy,so as to maximize the efficiency of the bidding and enhance the enterprises’ performance in the bidding market.Comprehensive competitive strength.In this study,a bidding strategy for a water conservancy revetment reinforcement project in Heilongjiang Province was studied,and a competitive bidding strategy was formulated for construction companies to ensure that the company had certain advantages in bids and that the bid rate was greatly improved.The company’s economic benefits and social influence.At the same time,this study will provide theoretical reference and reference significance for the future bidding process of enterprise projects.
