| Urban underground pipe gallery is a tunnel space built under the urban underground.It will centrally lay pipelines such as water supply,drainage,gas and communication to support urban operation and development.It will be a fundamental task crucial for generations to come for a city that laying the "lifeline" of the city into the pipe gallery.During the "13th Five-Year plan" of urban infrastructure construction in China,it was emphasized that strengthening the transformation of underground pipelines,and laying out pipe gallery rationally.The second China urban comprehensive management and construction and management conference was held in Wuhan in March 29,2018,with the theme of "Innovation,Joint Construction and Sharing".These problems were discussed about the development advantages,the overall planning,the safety and the monitoring of operation and maintenance of the pipe gallery.The state attaches great importance to the development of underground pipe gallery,but there is also a lack of a comprehensive plan for the planning,construction and operation of the pipe gallery.The problem of a lack of unified management system causes with the planning of underground pipelines in different cities.Under the above background,this paper analyses the problems of "information isolated island",data fragmentation,space complexity and general survey difficulties of the pipe gallery caused by many power units and no unified management system in planning,construction and operation stage of underground pipe gallery.Therefore,the establishment of an integrated underground pipe gallery 3D visualization modeling system is proposed in this paper.The specific research work is as follows:(1)The structural characteristics and data characteristics of the underground pipe gallery are analyzed and summarized.And the geometric characteristics of the pipeline in the underground pipe gallery and the spatial relationship between the geographic entities are studied combining the geometric features and the voice characteristics of the underground pipe gallery.On this basis,the elements that form the underground pipe gallery are abstracted to realize the transformation process from the geographic entity to the three-dimensional spatial model.(2)Learning the file structure of shape files and Excel files,realizing the function of reading files and extracting data through programming in this paper.An underground pipe gallery database is created,and the proposed data is stored in the created data tables.(3)It is analyzed and compared that software and methods the commonly used 3D modeling.And the method is proposed using unity3d software to create the underground gallery modeling system,and to create the underground gallery model by making use of C#scripting programming and the component modeling method.The structure characteristics of underground pipelines are studied,and the surface points of pipe models are created based on information such as pipeline central line and so on.And Mesh components are constructed.The structural characteristics of the pipeline turning point are analyzed,and the pipe model at the turning point is realized by chamfering method.(4)The integrated underground gallery visualization modeling system is created by using the qt+vs2010+SQLite and unity3d software.And taking "the underground Gallery of the central North Road of the HengQin New Area" as an example,the model of the double cabin underground pipe gallery is set up,and the intelligent query function is realized.The obj file format model is derived,and the simulation real browsing function is implemented in the virtual laboratory. |
