The reliability of circuit breaker directly affects the safety and stability of the power system,and the operating mechanism is one of the core components of the circuit breaker,which is an important guarantee for the reliable operation of the circuit breaker.Therefore,the study of circuit breaker operating mechanism has been paid attention to by relevant technicians.In recent years,a new kind of high speed electromagnetic repulsive force switch has been developed.This kind of electromagnetic repulsion force technology based on the principle of induction eddy current can promote the movement of the forced parts at high speed and realize the fast opening and closing of the switch.Electromagnetic repulsive force technology has many advantages,such as high speed,simple structure,small dispersibility,easy to control and so on.Electromagnetic repulsive force is used to drive permanent magnet mechanism to open the gate,and it is combined with vacuum.The coordination of circuit breakers is helpful to improve the synchronous control technology of circuit breakers and has a good application prospect.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the operating mechanism using electromagnetic repulsion technology.In order to obtain faster opening speed,this paper presents a high speed permanent magnetic actuator which is different from the traditional permanent magnetic actuator,which applies the principle of electromagnetic repulsion force to realize the opening process of the circuit breaker.A prototype of permanent magnet speed operating mechanism based on electromagnetic drive is designed and studied experimentally.This paper first introduces the development history and present situation of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker and permanent magnet actuator,and introduces the development of electromagnetic repulsion technology.Then,the basic working principle and design method of the permanent magnet actuator of 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker based on electromagnetic drive are described,and the theoretical analysis is carried out.On this basis,the Ansoft Maxwell finite element simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the proposed permanent magnet actuator,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the mechanism are obtained.Referring to the performance of the traditional permanent magnet actuator,the simulation results of the mechanism designed in this paper are compared.Based on the above work,a prototype of the permanent-magnet operating mechanism of 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker based on electromagnetic drive was fabricated,and the experiment was carried out on the prototype of 126 kV vacuum arc extinguish chamber.The experimental results were compared with the simulation results.Finally,the correctness of the simulation results was verified by the experimental results.
