Our country rich in coal resources.Today,coal-fired generating proportion is 70% in the total power generation of china.limestone gypsum wet desulphurization is adopted in Most of the coal-fired power plant.Environmental protection requirements of china become very strict.it's attracted people's attention,because desulfurization waste-water included most heavy metal.today,technical research on zero discharge of desulfurization waste-water are made varied in our country.but each has its advantages and disadvantages.Normal waste water processing system of electric plan sulfur removal has most drawbacks:complex system,large investment projects,equipment operation and maintenance expenses swallow up most.This paper carefully study and research the mainstream technology of zero discharge of desulfurization waste-water,and produce oneself advantage of coal-fired power plants.By means of structural mechanics,engineering thermodynamics,heat transfer of materials,geotechnical geology,and ground source heat pump.With personal experience of basic construction management.I set up one new unmanned system of zero discharge system of desulfurization waste-water.Make the best of flue gas heat,defuse high cost of zero discharge system of desulfurization waste-water.make zero discharge system of desulfurization waste-water inexpensive,become to increase savings tools.on this basis,the paper in accordance with the deming cycle theory and modular design concept,relying on the unique geographical location and technical characteristics of yi li coal company.Continue to optimize design details and key parts of equipment.The paper look forward to the future of technology and this system.evaluation total system and technology.
