With the global environmental issues is taken more seriously,as a country with big emission,desulfurization ultra-low emission is imperative.In the current situation,one power plant has transformed the 4 # unit to desulfurization system ultra-low emission,in order to achieve the requirement of Sulfur dioxide emission concentration in unit flue gas is not more than 35 mg / m3(Standard,dry basis,6% O2).This article makes a depth study to the 4# unit desulfurization system ultra-low emission,with the analysis of two original wet desulfurization system,then got two feasible transformation program,and find that the first program is more suitable;With the analysis of the impact of the transformation desulfurization ultra-low – emission on the 4 # unit original induced fan,find that the original induced draft fan is difficult to meet the requirement of the two transformation program,so we made analysis to the work environment of the 4# unit induced fan,finally get the program is to change a new fan of number: HU25244-222 G,to satisfy the requirement of desulfurization ultra – lowemission to the fan.With the analysis in desulfurization mechanism、flue gas parameters and operating parameters of the transformed wet desulfurization system,the results show that: the impact of flue gas parameters: a)The desulfurization efficiency is positively correlated with the oxygen concentration of flue gas,that is,and the desulfurization efficiency increases with the oxygen concentration of the outlet increases;b)With the increase of concentration,the desulfurization efficiency increased first and then decreased;c)With the increase of the concentration of soot,the desulfurization efficiency shows a decreasing trend.The impact of operating parameters: a)With the increase of p H value,the desulfurization efficiency increased first and then decreased;b)With the increase of liquid to gas ratio,the desulfurization efficiency showed a trend of increasing,and the growth rate gradually slowed down;c)With the increase of slurry density,the desulfurization efficiency showed a tendency to increase first and then decrease.Through the establishment of unit relative desulfurization cost model,to calculate the desulfurization ultra-low emission before and after the transformation of the system operating unit relative cost of desulfurization,get that the system after the transformation,the system operating costs reduced by 75.77 yuan,converted to an annual,savings of operating costs by 340965 yuan.
