With the continuous development of electric power and the leap of digital communication and information technology,dispatching data network has increasingly become an important network to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of power system.In order to meet the three set of five cities and counties and integration,enhance the anti risk ability of dispatching data network in Hengshui power grid security,to maintain the high quality of operation,while achieving the jurisdiction of the county,at all levels of substation direct transfer station and comprehensive coverage and real-time monitoring,this paper focuses on the research of Hengshui district electric power dispatching data network construction.This paper studies the dispatching data network development as well as the construction of the second plane theory and practice achievement,and demand for network second plane construction scheduling data of Hengshui area analysis;secondly,the design scheme of second plane construction scheduling data network in Hengshui area,both in Hengshui based dispatching data network topology configuration of transmission channel,perfect.The two planes of the station and its service system covering;finally,the dispatching data network topology design,the design of cyber source configuration.MPLS VPN technology and OSPF routing protocol are used to complete IP planning,domain partition and route planning of dispatching data network.The maintenance measures are put forward around QoS design,network management system and network security,and prospects for the development of dispatching data network are also presented.
