Power Dispatching Data Network In Jinan Grid

This paper introduced the development of power dispatching remote control technique, the application of IEC60870-5-104 transmission protocol and the format, basic function and transmission mode of the message. It emphasized to discuss the on site system structure scheme and then analyzed the application conditions and technical difficulties.It proposes the design ideas of network topology scheme, VPN deploy, network note design, IP address planning program, QoS deploy scheme, network safety deploy scheme and network management system for the power dispatching data, through involving in the design and implement the project of power dispatching data network in Jinan.
