Fujian electric power data communication network serving the provincial power company,the management system of public data communications networking applications hosting platform,network carrying business is the production management area (safety zoneIII)and management information area(safe area IV)application system.Specific services include network power management information (MIS),scheduling management information network (DMIS), power load management network, electricity network voice and video customer service 95598,power communication network monitoring,online monitoring network substation equipment,auxiliary substation remote video surveillance system,power communication soft -switched voice networks,electricity networks and other business communications DCN network and other applications in the future arise.With the increasingly high degree of power system automation, sensors, data logger widely used in electric power system, how to transfer large amounts of data collection, how to ensure the real-time data content, how to ensure the security of data transmission, the power system transmission network put forward new requirements. Data communication network construction is the use of MPLS-VPN, the variety of electricity business is divided into multiple private networks, the power system within the various business systems run independently for data transmission, information security to provide protection. According to provincial requirements and design specifications, combined with the company’s business in Jinjiang electricity demand and overall hardware environment to study and discuss how to apply MPLS-VPN achieve Jinjiang power data communications networking, networking process in the design, testing and application.
