The nuclear power is clean,pollution-free and has almost zero emissions.Compared with other energy,it has obvious economic and social benefits, and in line with the world's clean energy development. With the increase of unit capacity, the cold-end system of nuclear power plant is also more and more complex. And the cold-end system plays a cold source role in the thermal system of the nuclear power plant, which has a great impact on the overall economy of the nuclear power plant,so it has very important practical significance to optimize cold-end system.According to the relevant data of a coastal AP1000 nuclear power group, analysis the working principle and characteristics of heat and mass transfer of the nuclear power equipment group of the cold end system, establish a reasonable mathematical model, considering the investment and operation cost of the units and income factors, the minimum annual cost method, selection of optimized scheme for nuclear power unit economic evaluation. Were the cold end optimization calculation of the single cylinder exhaust back pressure of three four 69 inches last stage blade, double pressure cylinder exhaust steam three four 57 inch blade, single cylinder four exhaust back pressure of three 57 inch blade, considering the economic and practical conditions, this paper recommended 57 inch blade double pressure three cylinder four exhaust, cooling tower adopts the high tower and a tower machine scheme of circulating water pump using a machine four pump scheme. And analyze the sensitivity of the recommended scheme, get the sensitivity coefficients of different factors on the minimum annual cost, and obtains the best scheme of the cold end.
