To ensure the safety,reliability of the anchorage zone of prestressed Nuclear Power Plant, with finite element stress analysis ,the project intends to study the structural size and force of domestic anchorage system in the Nuclear Power Plant. They are verified with each other through the load transmission test to obtain the Anchorage system products which ensured the safety of anchorage area.In this paper, with the background of the construction of a nuclear power plant engineering, we study mainly from the following aspects.First of all, we begin with basic problems of the post-tensioned concrete anchorage zone , introducing the anchor stress and strain distribution in concrete and thinking that the three stress concentration area which appeared under the special anchor plate is closely related to geometry of the anchor plate, against the crack appeared in concrete, we introduced specific domestic and international standard formula.Secondly, we give some suggestions against the finite element analysis for the nuclear anchor. To determine the various types of anchor devices under the stress of the size of the region through the results of the finite element analysis, and to propose further that the anchor stress distribution in concrete can be divided into the yield zone based on the finite element analysis, stress dissipation area and tensile stress areas; we conduct concept design to the anchor by the stress characteristics of every partition so that the anchor designed under the device is more economical and stress distribution is more reasonable.Again, there is no anchorage for the load transfer my current certification status of test-related standards, we proposed to test the international FIP1993, comparing load transfer test results with the finite element results and verifing each other, then get requested products which are consistent with nuclear power anchorage system We study about load transfer performance on OVM15R-37K anchor plate with international standard---FIP , we enhance china design terms of the overall design of anchorage area to make anchorage area design more rational and more perfect, then become reference.Lastly, combined with the various factors of affecting local anchorage zone of concrete , which provide an theoretical design idea on optimizing the anchor structure ,an elaborate finite element model was established considering the effects of factors such as bearing plate, grid reinforced bar and duct .The distributions of principle stresses with R and C (New type) bearing plates were discussed in order to find out special bearing plate of Containment Vessel In Nuclear Power Station.It is the first time in China to import finite element method into the analysis of anchorage zone of Containment Vessel In Nuclear Power Station . Comparing the strain of sample test points with the corresponding section of simulated strain values, we obtain that a scientific method of simulated nuclear anchor and anchorage zone and study the optimal design of special anchor plate with the basis of it . There was no report can be seen in China.The success of this project was made to promote the anchorage system used in nuclear power plant construction products, in a certain extent, to improve the domestic level of nuclear power plant construction...
