In order to adapt the development of "the 19 th CPC National Congress",coordinate the high speed development of economic in ChengDe county,accelerate the construction power,truly achieve "Economic Development,Electric Power First".This paper based on the "13th Five-Year Development Plan" of ChengDe county,combind with the planning of power grid,has planned the development of low-voltage power grid in ChengDe county by 2020.Firstly,this paper analyzesed the current situation of power grid in ChengDe county,and then exploresed the existing problems of the power grid,mainly focusing on the following points: security risks in some urban regional power grids;the power supply radius was too long;excessive line loading.According the above situation,combined with requiring of economic development in ChengDe county,setted 2016 as the planning base year,used a variety of prediction methods comparative research,the final choice divisions comprehensive utilization method and classification as needed to power load forecasting method and the maximum power load forecast results.By 2020,the power grid in ChengDe county will need 1.35 billion kWh and the maximum power load will be 239.5 MW.According to the prediction of planning,combined with the "13th Five-Year Development Plan" of ChengDe county,this paper putted forward the power supply capacity target and intelligent power grid development goals in ChengDe county in recent years.This paper suggested ChengDe county need a new 220 kv transformer substations,four new 110 kv substations,the expansion of the 110 kv substation,one new 35 kv substation,621 units new 10 kv TYU and reformed 129 units 10 kv TYU.Finally,this paper evaluate the planning of power grid,which can greatly improve the chengde county power grid environment,meet the demand of production and life of the people.
