In thermal power generation enterprises,safety is the first place.In the event of an accident in a large-scale thermal power plant,huge economic losses and poor social effects will be caused.This puts forward higher requirements on the safety of the boiler.Boiler water level control system is an important part of the boiler automation control system,and the boiler drum water level is an important indicator of safe operation of the boiler.The water level and the fluctuation directly determine whether the boiler can run safely.Therefore,it has far-reaching significance and significant social value to study the water level of boiler drum.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of boiler drum water level and the high-load conditions commonly used in cascade three-impulse control scheme was analyzed,if we want to make boiler drum water level control more accurate and robust,we need to accurately set the PID controller parameters of the drum water level.In this paper,a new type of intelligent optimization algorithm called gravitation search algorithm was introduced.Aiming at the drawback that the algorithm is poor in local search and easy to fall into local optimum,the corresponding improvement strategy was proposed,and the numerical experiment simulation test was carried out.The improved gravitation search algorithm was applied to the parameter identification of the drum water level function model and the parameter tuning of the boiler drum water level PID controller respectively.The results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the search precision and search power of local search.By building Matlab / Simulink platform,the control effect of boiler drum water level was simulated and compared.It is found that the improved gravitation search algorithm is superior to the traditional trial and error method,genetic algorithm,which shows strong anti-interference performance and better robustness.
