As the basic element of the power supply system,the smart station area plays a vital role in the safe and efficient operation of the power system,and directly affects the satisfaction of the power users to the social service of the power enterprises.However,most of the current low-voltage rural power grid distribution stations have low intelligence level of power equipment,poor real-time monitoring of voltage online,poor two-way interaction between the supply side and the demand side,and weak energy efficiency management links,and the intelligence level of the radio area is very low.Therefore,in the context of the construction of smart grid,how to construct the integrated control system of the power distribution network is of great significance to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the operation state of the platform,the comprehensive analysis of the running data,and the intelligence level of the platform area.Based on the research and application of the integrated control system in the distribution network,the overall design and Application Benefit Analysis of the smart station area are carried out in this paper.The main research work is as follows:(1)The comprehensive control system of the distribution network is analyzed in the aspects of the status of the integrated control system in the distribution network,the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the analysis of the technical index of the system,the analysis of the extensibility of the system,the benefit analysis of the system and the analysis of the technical feasibility of the system.(2)The design principle of the system design,system design technology and theory,system communication network and system structure are introduced in detail,and the whole design idea of the intelligent platform area system and the key technology of its overall design are introduced,and the system software and hardware are also given.(3)The operation environment of the intelligent platform integrated control system is introduced in detail from the aspects of the operation network environment,database platform,hardware platform and system characteristics of the smart platform area,and the functions of the smart platform comprehensive control system are detailed based on two aspects of basic service and data display function and advanced analysis.Analysis and explanation(4)The application of the smart platform area in Kuandian county and the Dandong New Area smart station area are analyzed,and the energy saving technology is studied from two aspects of the economic and social benefits of the smart station.The research results of this subject can provide the key technology and theoretical basis for the overall design and research of the intelligent control system for the distribution network.
