Smart grid has been widely recognized by domestic and foreign power industry,the dispatching automation support system of smart grid is the overall development trend of domestic and overseas.With the development of China's modernization in science and technology,the technological revolution of the electric power industry,the reform of electric power industry and enterprise system,automation of electric network management is the needs of the development of power system,the power industry is one of the technical support to the market.In the industry environment,the development of grid technology increasingly rapid and mature,dispatching support system for intelligent level is more higher,emerging in endlessly stream of intelligent technology,dispatching automation and digitization system continuously upgrade.This paper is combined with State Grid jinzhou electric power supply company actual situation,the scheduling,monitoring the actual job requirements and construction of the smart grid scheduling combining technical support system,and at the same time fully electric power industry at home and abroad for reference,the smart grid dispatching technology support system development of cutting-edge technology and successful experience,scheduling,monitoring of jinzhou power supply company in the actual work condition to carry out the analysis and research.Support to jinzhou smart grid scheduling systems and advanced application functions encountered in the construction of the key content,and combining with the present national grid in the smart grid control the hotspot problems in the practical work,such as how to complete the smart grid dispatching support system construction,how to quickly complete the smart grid dispatching system upgrade debugging,how to relay protection distance remote control function in combination with the smart grid scheduling system combined with the construction and dispatch advanced application module construction and application of the intelligent operation ticket,etc.,carried out a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research work,and work in the construction of intelligent system,had a more practical and mainly finished the following work:(1)to solve practical problems in the construction of the intelligent power grid dispatching technology support system: to complete the debugging of the non-power failure equipment during the construction of the new system,and put forward the solution.(2)development and construction of the system advanced application relay protection fixed value remote operation.In this paper,the research on the remote control of remote control based on the regulation model,remote online protection value cutting area and the implementation mechanism of the soft pressing plate is put forward,and the solution is proposed.It also puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the standardization and operation accuracy of the remote operation graphics interface.(3)research and construction of intelligent operation ticket system based on D5000 system platform.Through careful analysis and study of these problems,summarizes and puts forward the solution to ensure the safety in the course of the construction of the new system,improve the efficiency of the new system construction of the equipment debugging,and improve the system of human-computer interaction,make the system function more three-dimensional,the intelligent functions of the new system is enabled.The construction of a new generation of smart grid dispatching system,make the regulation and control personnel can better scheduling,monitoring work,better combined with the actual situation to use smart grid dispatching support system for jinzhou power grid scheduling to provide more comprehensive and intelligent support,to provide a safe,economic and high quality power for the society.
