With the sur ging developm ent of globa l econom y and population, the ur gentenergy supply has become the most serious issue in the world. Under this situation,as a sustain able energy, photovoltaic genera tion (PVG) dev elops rapidly in recen tyears and receives worldwide applicati on. But the power output of PV has thecharacteristics of interm ittence, periodicity and randomness plus the ef fects fromgrid-connected inverters and anti-islandi ng, lar ge scale applic ation of PVG willsignificantly influence the power quality, el ectricity gauge and the re liability ofpower supply. Especially, th e integration of lar ge cap acity of PV station anddistributed PV sources in the buildings will definitely cause a series of problem s tothe planning, operation and management of power networks.In this pape r, the cur rent situations, key technologies and app lications of PV atboth home and abroad were in troduced firstly. The impacts from the integration ofPV on the power flow, protection system, power quality and operation were analyzedsystematically. The m ain problem s and key technologies of grid-connected PVsystem were summ arized. Then aim s at the transmission and distribution networkwith PVs, the aspects of power quality, relay protection, fault processing, dispatch ofoperation etc. were analyzed in detail and the corresponding suggestions wereproposed. A t last, a1.3357M Wp PV de monstration project at Zhangjiawan wasgiven for illustration purpose. |
