The environmental pollution and climate change caused by excessive dependence on fossil energy have promoted the discussion and research on solving the sustainable development of world energy,and the development and utilization of renewable and clean energy has made rapid progress.The Paris Agreement shows that the full use of renewable and clean energy and the promotion of changes in the way energy is produced and used have become development strategies for our country and many other countries.Under the new situation of the 13th Five-Year Plan,the key and main contradiction in China's energy development is no longer the expansion of energy supply,but instead,it turns to how to improve the quality and efficiency of energy development.The focus of planning has shifted from ensuring supply to increasing efficiency.As one of the new power generation technologies,distributed power generation technology has beeome an unstoppable trend.The design planning,operation maintenance and scheduling control concepts and methods of high and low voltage distribution networks must be updated to meet the requirements of new power generation technologies.Therefore,distributed power generation technology will become the key of future research.It is of great significance to discuss distributed power generation in depth.In the view of the problems brought by large-scale photovoltaic distributed access to low-voltage distribution network,this paper analyzes the research status of distributed photovoltaic power generation access to distribution network and access scheme research,and comprehensively analyzes the insufficiency of existing researches.The basic principle structure,advantages and disadvantages of distributed photovoltaic power generation and the current power consumption mode and typical aceess mode of low-voltage distribution network are expounded.The characteristics of each consumption mode and access mode are analyzed,and then combined.The simulation examples focus on the impact on distributed photovoltaic power generation access on voltage quality,station line loss,relay protection,power grid plan and transformation,safety and reliability of low-voltage distribution networks,and select typical examples of a plurality of different low-voltage distribution networks including distributed photovoltaic power sources in the district,conducted targeted data measurement,combined with a large number of measured data to compare and analyze the impact degree,and put forward reasonable suggestions according to actual work requirements.The research results provide a more accurate reference and basis for the future integration of distributed photovoltaic power generation in low-voltage distribution networks.Applying new technologies,setting corresponding management measures,and promoting a large number of distributed photovoltaic access distribution networks will make photovoltaic power generation fully consumed,and it is also conducive to the safe and stable operation of the distribution network and maximize the benefits.
