The main transformer is one of the most important electrical equipment in the power grid,and its operation will directly affect the reliability and safety of the entire power system.Therefore,it is a problem that the power enterprises should pay more attention to how to find out the hidden defects of the transformer,take effective maintenance strategy and prevent transformer fault,so as to ensure the safe operation of the transformer.At present,most power enterprises use the maintenance principle of state maintenance to repair the main transformer,that is to evaluate the status of the main transformer regularly and regularly,and make the corresponding maintenance strategy according to the result of the equipment state evaluation,and carry out the corresponding maintenance work in combination with the power outage.The condition based maintenance eliminates the hidden danger of overhaul which may bring overhaul to the equipment,and saves a lot of manpower and physics.It has become the mainstream method of transformer equipment maintenance.The implementation of state maintenance makes the equipment maintenance cycle lengthened greatly,so the core support of the state maintenance is the state evaluation of the equipment and the formulation of the maintenance strategy.The inaccuracy of the state evaluation and the failure of the maintenance strategy to conform to the actual condition of the equipment will cause the equipment to be unable to be effectively overhauled and eventually cause the equipment recessive defect to be developed into the equipment.Barrier.Based on the actual operation and maintenance of the main transformer in Tangshan power grid,two aspects of the work are carried out in this paper.1.systematically summarized the state evaluation method of main transformer in Tangshan power grid,including the periodic evaluation and the response cycle and standard of dynamic evaluation,analyzed the reasons of several typical faults of the main transformer in the Tangshan power grid in 5 years,and the Enlightenment of the deep mining fault to the current state maintenance work.2.Modify the state evaluation method of the main transformer to make it more pertinent to the single main transformer.The evaluation method can complete the comprehensive evaluation of the equipment,such as the operating environment,operating conditions,test data,defective data,bad conditions and so on.By using this method,the state evaluation of the main transformer can be carried out.The differential maintenance strategy of main transformer in Tangshan power grid is formulated.
