| With the rapid development of economy in our country,the market of professional and technical talents has increased rapidly,and the vocational educations are also valued by people,a great lot of popular majors have been set up one after another,however,there are many problems existing in major of Interior Design in secondary vocational schools,such as,the monotonousteaching model disjoints with the market needs,low-end objective of talents training,students’ lacking professional quality and innovation ability,etc.Regarding such kind of problems and phenomena,the reform of teaching mode needs to be carried out,the workroom teaching model can solve these problems.Taking employment as the orientation,one can really realize the slogan that "combine work with learning,blend school with enterprise." the workroom teaching model,with its good teaching philosophy as well as the practice,can solve the outlet and employment problems of students,also can improves the sustainable development of students.This paper firstly analyzes the rise and development of workroom teaching mode with the current requirements of career development in China,and then with methods of literature research,investigation and case study,this paper analyzes the status of workroom teaching mode of Interior Design major in secondary vocational school,and specifically introduces how to adopt "workroom teaching" model in the teaching of Interior Design major in Guangzhou Yangcheng Vocational and Technical School.Meantime,combined with the enterprise project and case analysis,curriculum is being innovated and reformed.Considering the existing problems in workroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,this paper borrows the successful workroom teaching experience from Guangzhou Yangcheng Vocational and Technical School,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,that is,team building of lecturer and senior lecturer,curriculum system construction,teaching assessment and evaluation,teaching resources construction,etc.By engaging enterprise professional and technical,employing the professionalstuff from enterprises to join in workroom teaching,to cultivate talents learning combined with work and to make the education model with sustainable development that satisfies school,enterprise andstudents. |
