| Since the reform and opening up,China has speeded up the process of its various undertakings.With the development of economy,the traffic in our country,especially the urban traffic,has undergone unprecedented changes.The over-rapid growth of car ownership has caused great pressure on urban development,most large cities are faced with serious traffic problem,and poses a serious threat to the sustained,rapid and healthy development of our economy.And,one of the major causes of traffic congestion is the unreasonable allocation of traffic lights at road intersections.There are several conflicting goals in traffic signal timing of road intersection,and the influencing factors are also multidimensional.Artificial fish swarm algorithm is a new type of intelligent bionic optimization algorithm.The algorithm can be used to solve the problem of high real-time requirements,which does not require strict mechanism model of the problem,and has fast convergence speed when solving multidimensional dynamic combinatorial optimization problems.Based on the theory of traffic signal timing optimization,this paper introduces artificial fish swarm algorithm into the field of traffic signal control,and takes the weighted value of vehicle delay and parking times as the optimization objective.In view of the limitation that the webster algorithm is not suitable for supersaturated intersection and the allocation of signal lights is unreasonable,the optimization of the target intersection timing scheme is proposed to improve the traffic capacity of the target intersection,which provides a feasible method for the application of artificial fish swarm algorithm in the field of traffic signal control.This paper mainly does the following aspects of work:1)Firstly,the current ideas and methods of traffic lights control are studied.Factors affecting traffic congestion and optimization objectives are analyzed.According to the characteristics of intersection data,appropriate algorithms are selected to improve and apply to traffic signal control.2)Based on the road traffic conditions and the basic data of the target intersection,the simulation model of the intersection is constructed by using the VISSIM,a simulation modeling tool.Relevant information such as the number of parking and the vehicle delay is obtained from the data the evaluation module.These all are the basic preparations.3)For the traffic information of the target intersection and the traditional Webster algorithm is not suitable for the problem of supersaturated intersection,artificial fish swarm algorithm is introduced into signal light control area,considering the characteristics of artificial fish swarm algorithm,this paper combined artificial fish swarm algorithm with feedback strategy and chaotic search to improve the algorithm’s ability,so,a more reasonable signal timing method is given,which provides a new idea for road traffic construction.4)In view of VISSIM have no algorithm to achieve timing optimization,this paper uses JAVA programing language to achieve the optimization algorithm,by importing the relevant data,new timing schema can be driven,finally,set the new new timing schema in the model,by comparsing the data of stopping times and vehicle delays,it is proved that the traffic signal control method based on artificial fish swarm algorithm is more effective and feasible. |
