Application Research Of Total Process Cost Management In Z Project

The building industry gradually become the pillar industry of national economy since the 1990 s began nearly 30 years,now,the building industry with a large number of projects and a large amount of investment.Then leading to the remarkable inprovement of the construction level.At the same time,the engineering project management theory is constantly developing,perfecting and innovating.However,compared with developed conutries,Chinese engineering manegement model and methods are still fall behind.The existing theories and methods of Cost Management are difficult to play positive role in achieving project cost targets.There are still many loopholes among the domestic cost management system,menagement tool and method.These loopholes and inadequacies give rise to low efficiency of project cost management in China.Therefore,it is urgent to carry out research on cost management,in order to promote the further development of engineering cost management.The Whole Process Cost Management,the new cost management paradigm,ensuring realizing the cost control goal through dynamic control,phased implementation and participation.In view of this,this paper chooses the most common public welfare project of government investment-Z project as the point of view,and studies the theory and practice of the whole process cost management of the construction project.In this paper,the overseas and domestic study status of Whole Process Cost Management has been researched,the research value and significance of this topic are clarified.The meaning and characteristics of the Whole Process Cost Management has been probed,clarified the basics of this study.and then the principle and methods of the Whole Process Cost Management has been studied based on the case.The Whole Process Cost Management includes the decision-making stage,the planning and design stage,the bidding stagen,the construction stage and the completion acceptance stage.Combining with the Z project construction process,the main points and methods of cost control were described in stages.The paper focused on investment estimation,design optimazation,quota design,engineering change and claim management.Then summarized the experience and puts forward reasonable suggestions to provide reference for implementation of the Whole Process Cost Management of similar projects.
