The mechanical transmission test platform is for testing the performance of transmission device.In order to meet the urgent demands of high-precision transmissions for teaching research,modern intelligent manufacturing,aerospace and industrial robots,it is a trend to conduct more test items,realize faster installation and testing of transmission device.Therefore,designing a mechanical transmission test platform capable of testing different types of transmissions with or without additional pads makes great significance for teaching experiments and enterprises in reducing the period of product development.Gear transmissions,belt drives,and chain drives are taken as research objects.Aiming to quickly implement the installation or adjustment of different types of reducers,belts,and chains,three dimensional models are built by software UG through the research and analysis of test content and principle.The design structure is verified by means of finite element analysis software,and the upper computer software is compiled by Lab VIEW to manage the measurement and control system.At the same time,a physical model is set up to analyze the overall performance of mechanical transmission test platform and the expected results were obtained.The main work is as follows:(1)Research on design scheme of mechanical transmission test platform system.Through the research and analysis of test objects,the scheme of open power flow test platform is determined.The relevant hardware for test platform is configured,the test principle is described,and the mechanism of system vibration and noise generation is analyzed.(2)The design of mechanical parts of mechanical transmission test platform.According to test content,the design of mechanical part is planned,including the design of gear transmission,the belt and chain transmission.Two kinds of schemes are obtained,either using a universal mobile station or a three-dimensional one.(3)Design and analysis of key components.Key components are verified by means of finite element analysis software.(4)Design of measurement and control system for mechanical transmission test platform.Lab VIEW is used to design the measurement and control system,and the upper computer software is compiled to manage the measurement and control system.(5)Analysis of the overall performance of mechanical transmission test platform.Operational performance analysis is conducted on the well-established mechanical transmission test platform,and the related simulation experiments are done.
