At present,China's urban traffic problems have become increasingly prominent,effective means of resolving is to vigorously develop public transport,improve the proportion of bus travel.Public transport includes both bus scheduling and bus priority.Public transportation dispatching is the core content of the operation and management of public transportation enterprises.Bus priority is of great significance to alleviate urban traffic congestion,promote energy conservation and reduce emissions,and establish sustainable transport system.In view of the bus scheduling and bus priority coordination and optimization of control methods less,this article starts from the operation process of our city public transportation system,through the study of bus scheduling and bus priority of the basic theory,analysis of bus vehicles in the bus station and signal intersection between the operating characteristics,respectively,for a single intersection and a number of intersection bus scheduling and bus priority coordination control method to optimize,build model and puts forward the optimal control strategy of public transportation dispatch and bus priority coordination,to improve the reliability of public transport system,enhance the attractiveness of public transport purposes.The research on the control method in the public transportation system is the key to the bus priority and the bus dispatching.In the bus signal priority,control method is mainly for the bus phase green time is extended,the bus phase red light time is shortened,the bus inserted phase;bus scheduling is based on car networking technology,using bus station time control,to realize the speed adjustment to carry on the real time dispatch management to the bus.In the single point signal intersection control strategy,the model proposed in this paper is based on the overall delay of the vehicle in the intersection,based on the time when the bus stops at the intersection stop line,to achieve the impact of the traffic control measures in the case of non-stop passenger transport vehicles for the assessment of indicators,for the vehicle to reach the intersection stop line,in the premise of ensuring that the negative impact on social vehicles to a minimum,the corresponding control strategy of bus scheduling and bus priority coordination is put forward,the application of the model is analyzed and discussed,and the optimization effect is significant,bus average delay time compared to other three kinds of control strategy respectively by 47.5%,26.1%and 34.1%,which indicates that the model has practical application value.In multiple signal intersection control strategies,in this paper,the overall delay value of the intersection is the optimization target.Set the allowable delay for the intersection group,based on the initial forecast of the overall delay at the intersection,set the offset value of the bus delay as the basis for judging whether or not to enable the priority scheduling coordination control strategy,the corresponding control strategy of bus scheduling and bus priority coordination is put forward.Combining the example analysis of the proposed control strategy is better than no bus scheduling priority coordinated control strategy,and prove that this method is keeping multiple intersection bus traffic coordinate and solve all the bus stops"early" and "late" the ability of the problem.
