In recent years,in order to ensure the safety of pedestrians crossing, many cities in China had implemented "Car Give Way to Pedestrians" traffic management measures, that was, encouraging motor vehicles to take active parking courtesies to pedestrians. This measure had guaranteed the safety of pedestrians crossing the street to a certain extent, but at the same time,It had changed the decision-making behavior of motor vehicles on pedestrians crossing(especially where there were no signal-controlled pedestrian crossings in urban sections),which had an impact on the traffic operation of urban sections and even the road network. In order to explore the effect of pedestrian priority on the flow of motor vehicles at the signal-free controlled crosswalks, the delay of vehicles was selected as an indicator to establish a model.First, formulate a traffic investigation plan according to the pedestrian priority rules, use drones, cameras and other equipment to capture the actual scene of the traffic flow under the pedestrian priority crossing, and obtain the required data through manual statistics and software testing. From the three aspects of the motor vehicle’s own factors, the external vehicle operating conditions and the pedestrian crossing factors, combined with the driving behavior of the motor vehicle, explore the specific factors affecting the parking behavior of the arriving motor vehicle to the pedestrian crossing, and then establish the parking behavior of the motor vehicle to the logit model.Secondly, combined with the psychological needs of pedestrians crossing, the pedestrian crossing behavior was analyzed. The factors of influencing pedestrian crossing were analyzed from the three aspects of traffic flow environment, pedestrian crossing composition and non-motor vehicle participation, and a regression model of pedestrian crossing occupation time was established. On this basis, the characteristics of vehicle flow are analyzed, including speed characteristics and vehicle following characteristics. The process of motor vehicle arrival, motor vehicle waiting and motor vehicle dissipation is analyzed. Finally, the motor vehicle dissipation process is divided into the vehicle dissipation process affected by the pedestrians and the vehicle dissipation process not affected by the pedestrians, according to the arrival time of the pedestrians. The motor vehicle dissipation delay model is established separately, and a case analysis is made on the model. The research of the paper showed that the parking behavior of vehicle was closely related to the type of vehicle, the location of the vehicle, the speed, whether the parking is around, the number of people crossing the street, and the state of pedestrians crossing; The time taken by pedestrians to cross the street is related to the existence of children / elders in the pedestrian composition, whether they cross the street on both sides, the number of pedestrians crossing the street, and the participation of non-motor vehicles. The validity of the model verification is acceptable.Under a relatively stable traffic environment, the volume of vehicle is logarithmically correlated with the number of vehicles that cause delays, and is indirectly related to vehicle flow delays.
