Currently,depleted of energy makes renewable energy and all kinds of green energy get more and more recognition,has promoted the large-scale commercial production of biodiesel in Europe and America.怊National Renewable Energy Long-Term Plan of China怋aims to improve production capacity of biodiesel to reach to 2 million tons by 2020.With the rapid development of biodiesel market,there is a "relative surplus",which is a by-product of the production of biomass glycerol.It is of great concern to find a new way to utilize crude glycerol.Research shows that consider using etherification of glycerol with tert-butyl alcohol catalyzed and gasoline mixed fuels could be a new avenue for biomass utilization of crude glycerol.The mixed fuels of the glycerol ether which constituent elements being complex,requires high physical and chemical index performance during the process management,clarifying the intrinsic relationship between glycerol ethers mixed composition and physicochemical performance indicators are of great help to reconcile preparation and use of glycerol ethers fuel system.Based on this,this article has carried on the research from the following three aspects:1.Using self-made catalyst to catalyze the reaction of tert butyl alcohol and glycerin biomass to glycerol ether system,which was prepared two kinds of biomass mixed fuel by glycerol ether-gasoline mixed fuel and glycerol ether-ethanol-gasoline mixed fuel,detected the viscosity态density态flash point态low calorific value and other physical and chemical properties,through the research on the fuel basic properties and solubility态stability,found the best biomass glycerol ether mixed fuel.2.This paper using the sum of relative intensity matrix Ri and branching parameter gi modificate the distance matrix of molecular topological structure to built extended distance matrix topological index W.Using equilibrium electronegativity X modificate the distance matrix to built balance electronegativity index E.According to the single topological index W,E and the optimized Grumberg-Nissan formula proposed two new mixture topological indices Gw,GE.3.Using mixture topological index GW,GE with the physicochemical properties of lycerol ether-gasoline mixed fuel and glycerol ether-ethanol-gasoline mixed fuel(density,viscosity,low calorific value)for regression analysis established 12 models of Quantitative Strueture-property Relationship(QSPR)models,then compared the differences between different properties of the model,and through internal inspection and leave-one-out external inspection analyzing the model,remove the three components mixed fuel of viscosity QSPR models,the regression coefficient of other 11 models were higher than 0.99.The related QSPR models has good prediction ability and stability,and can indicated the change rule of physicochemical properties of mixed fuels of the glycerol ether very well.In this paper,the glycerol ether mixed fuel was prepared and the QSPR model was established by using topological index method,the physical and chemical properties of glycerol ether mixed fuel were predicted and simulated.It has good application and theoretical significance.
