Research On Green Construction Management System Of China Construction Eight Bureau

The construction industry has made great contributions to the development of China's economy.However,the development of construction industry has been extensive,especially in energy saving and pollution control,construction industry needs to be further improved.For large construction enterprises,it is bound to become the main trend of construction management in the future that taking environmental protection as the principle and efficient use of resources as the core,pursuing green construction and considering environmental protection,high efficiency and low consumption.The eighth Bureau of China Construction has established the management system for green construction initially,while a standardized procedures and processes for the green construction of the Project Department of the eighth Bureau of China Construction has not formed yet,therefore,it is necessary to study and establish a set of green construction management system suitable for the Project Department of the eighth bureau of China Construction.This paper expounds the basic theory of green construction,analyzes the connotation and content of green construction,analyzes the content of green construction management,analyzes the influencing factors of green construction management from cost,quality,progress,personnel,resources,environment and other aspects,and explains the necessity and urgency for large construction enterprises to establish the green construction management system.Moreover,this paper analyzes the status of green construction management system,support system of green construction theory and evaluation system of green construction in China Construction Eighth Engineering Division,and analyzes the status of green construction management system and green construction process control system of the Project Department of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division deeply.On this basis,this paper finds out the problems of the Project Department of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division in green construction management system and management system,green construction management system planning and evaluation&supervision system,green construction publicity and environmental awareness etc.According to the problems existing in green construction management system of the Project Department and the characteristics of the Project Department of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division,this paper establishes a green construction management system for the Project Department consisting of green construction organization management system,process control system and management safeguard system mainly.Taking the project of Yi Cong Garden of China Construction Eighth Engineering Division as an example,the application analysis for green construction management system established for the Project Department has been carried out,mainly including goal setting for project excellence of green construction,responsibility determination of each department of the project,measures of green construction process control management such as the implementation plan of" four saving and one environmental protection ",the establishment of project management system,green construction training,green construction publicity and other contents related to the establishment of green construction management safeguard system.In addition,the expert scoring has been applied to score 5 factors of project environmental protection,materials saving and material resources utilization,water saving and water resources utilization,energy saving and energy utilization,land saving and land resource protection,to make quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation for each factor and evaluation results of green construction in Yi Cong Garden project.In conclusion,the rationality and feasibility of green construction management system for the Project Department can be verified.It is considered that green construction management requires the participation of contractors,construction party,government and all sectors of society.To achieve the goal of green,a scientific and rigorous management system should be applied under the guidance of the construction party,not only the establishment of an objective management system but also efforts of executives are important.
