With the rapid development of Chinese economy,people's living standards has been improved,the number of automobiles has been increased dramatically,parking space has been become scare,and "parking problem" has been become increasingly prominent.The traditional model don't meet the needs of parking.The emergence of the stereo garage has solved this problem.However,the cu rrent stereo garage is low in intelligence,users queuing time and garage servic e time is too long and so on,those problems reduce the operating eff-iciency o f the garage.It is of great research significance to optimize the stereoscopic ga rage control system,especially the garage access strategy.This paper mainly st udies the mechanical structure and control system of roadway stacker-type stere o garage,focusing on the strategy of the access vehicle strategy.Here is as fo llows:(1)We plan the design the mechanical design of the stereo garage.The me chanical part establishes the mechanical model of the single aisle of stereo gar age,it includes the design of garage frame,stacker crane and carrier,explainin g its structure and working principle.(2)The hardware design of the control system of the stereo garage,the co ntrol system mainly adopts the servo control system.The servo system improv es the control accuracy of the system through position feedback compared with the traditional open loop control,including assign the Input/Output(I/O)port,selecting(Programmable Logic Controller)PLC and other electrical components,designing control method of servo system and hardware circuit of entire contr of system.(3)The access vehicle scheduling strategy algorithm of the control system s oftware is the primary influence on the efficiency of the stereo garage transpor tation service,the user queuing is closely related to the efficiency of the garag e service.So establish modeling the queuing problem of stereo garage users an d analyze the queuing index parameters during the peak period and peak peri od of the First Come First Service(FCFS)strategy,it shows that the queuing n umbers are too high during the peak period and the total waiting time is too 1 ong.So we propose the optimization of the access vehicle scheduling strategy of the stereo garage to reduce user queuing time,establishing mathematically models of the main access strategies for stereo garage scheduling.The schedu ling algorithm of the stereo garage has an important role in improving the effi ciency of the garage,in order to further improve the efficiency of the access,this paper combines the advantages of Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO),Gene tic Algorithm(GA)and Simulated Annealing Algorithm(SA)to put forward Imp roved hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO-GA-SA),applying to the time model of the access strategy of the stereo garage to find the optimal time for accessing the vehicle and optimal sorting.We use queue indicators to comparin g the access scheduling policy of PSO-GA-SA algorithm and the FCFS strategy.The results show that the PSO-GA-SA algorithm is obviously better than the FCFS strategy.(4)Applying PSO-GA-SA algorithm to software design of stereo garage c ontrol system according to garage function.The method is that the upper comp uter use the PSO-GA-SA algorithm to calculate,transmitting the calculated opti mization sorting result to the PLC,PLC receives the sorting result and sends a high-speed pulse to the servo driver.The servo driver drives the servo motor t o control the movement of the stacker crane and the walking movement of the carrier,using the analog output to control the flow rate of the proportional fl ow control valve to complete the lifting and lowering of the carrier comb,whi ch complete the access of the stereo garage.Software design of control system mainly includes the main program,the access vehicle subroutine(application o f the algorithm)and other functional programs.Through the software design of the control system,realizing the garage automatic access car,avoiding users wa iting for a long time to queue waiting,improving the operating efficiency and management level of the garage.
