In recent years,the per capita energy consumption and the energy consumption per unit building area of colleges and universities are higher than the corresponding national level,so it is imperative for colleges and universities to save energy.Compared with the energy audit of universities and enterprises,it is found that the campus has no production process,simple energy consumption,low pollution and high audit enthusiasm,but the campus population base is large,the total building area is large,and the total energy consumption is also high.On the other hand,the energy utilization of key energy consuming equipments in colleges and universities is often neglected.By analyzing energy consumption,this paper explores the necessary audit contents of energy audit in colleges and universities and the audit emphases according with its own characteristics.Taking 7 colleges and universities in Anhui Province as the research object,it is concluded that: the external wall materials and insulation situation are different,the types and numbers of air conditioning,lighting lamps and elevators are different,the better the thermal insulation performance of external wall,the lower the building energy consumption;The more lighting equipment,the greater the energy consumption,the better the energy saving management condition,the less the energy waste phenomenon.The better the energy conservation management condition of the school is,which can be used as the reference object of other colleges and universities in energy conservation management.In terms of energy structure,the total energy consumption : the total energy consumption is much higher than that of other universities,electricity consumption,water consumption and natural gas consumption.It is recommended that colleges and universities should choose to expand on the basis of the original campus,instead of the alternative address,when enlarging the scale.In addition,the minority colleges also consume more raw coal and liquefied gas,because the natural gas is cleaner and environment-friendly,it is suggested that the university give priority to natural gasas fuel.In the composition of energy consumption,the proportion of electric power in each energy consumption is the highest.The order of total power consumption of each school is: G > A > B > C > D > E > F.It is suggested that G school should strengthen the management of energy saving and avoid unnecessary waste of electric power.By analyzing the composition of power consumption,it is found that the order of power consumption of each system is: air conditioning > other > lighting > heating >elevator.Reducing energy consumption of air conditioning is the key point of energy saving.Monthly energy consumption and water consumption analysis showed that the electricity,natural gas and water consumed by each school showed seasonal regularity with time,and the energy consumption of air conditioning increased in summer and winter.Gas consumption was reduced to valley value,students returned to school in March and September,and energy consumption reached a small peak.The total energy consumption,itemized energy consumption and water consumption are calculated according to the per capita energy consumption and the energy consumption per unit area,respectively.According to the results,it is determined that the energy consumption of sub-index A in air conditioning,lighting and heating is low.Exploring its reason can provide direction for other colleges and universities to save energy and reduce consumption.The energy consumption index of G school is on the high side.It is suggested that the system of hydropower metering and payment should be customized to improve the energy saving consciousness and enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the personnel.This paper analyzes the problems existing in colleges and universities from three aspects of exterior envelope structure,energy using equipment and energy saving supervision platform,and suggests that each school should strengthen the energy conservation management system and carry out energy saving renovation work on the external enclosure structure in view of its own problems.Establish laboratory energy-saving system,perfect the construction of energy-saving supervision platform,timely feedback and deal with waste problems.It provides reliable experience for thefuture implementation of energy saving and consumption reduction in colleges and universities.Finally,the G school is selected as a case to compile the energy audit report.Combined with the actual situation of the school,the functions of the energy saving managers in various departments and units are improved,the horizontal links between the departments are strengthened,the energy saving work is more systematized and the suggestions of optimizing the energy management institutions,the energy measurement and the construction of the energy saving supervision platform are
