Research On Liaodongwan Innovative Center Design In Era Of Mass Entrepreneurship

In the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" background,countries in the business integrated service platform,puts forward the concept of "public record space",all kinds of new business space constantly,at the same time,the existing traditional incubators also face components and update the spatial form.However,most of the existing successful cases are distributed in cities such as Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen.There is still a lack of research in developing small and medium-sized cities with small economic volume and small population base.The Liaodong Bay business center as the object of study,according to the design process.Starting from the analysis of the domestic public record space in the process of its development and its mode characteristics,local industry and business groups in the Liaodong Bay structure oriented design method of general development strategy and space layout mode,function and space construction in the Liaodong Bay Area in depth,and the conclusion provides certain reference value for other similar sized city the construction of "public record".The paper is divided into four parts.The first part of a space through Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Hangzhou city of the case investigation,in accordance with the "industrial development oriented and traditional mode" and "innovation oriented model" classification,from the service object,resource allocation,incubation system,functional arrangement and spatial characteristicscomparison analysis of two different modes of public record spatial characteristics,and probesinto the overall development model of Liaodong Bay business center.In the second part,the designstrategy of the centralized function layout is put forward.The architectural space adaptive useanalysis,functional diversification and integration of entrepreneurship and innovationentrepreneurship crowd streamline orderly organization system layout,to achieve a good fit withthe existing building space,to meet the functional requirements of entrepreneurial innovation activities,but also closely combined with the local characteristics of the leading industry in theLiaodong Bay area.In the third part,the strategy of sharing space design is put forward.Throughthe analysis of the difference between the public space and the traditional office space,it isconcluded that "sharing" is the core theme of the new era.To achieve the communication space of"sharing",put forward the functional diversity,spatial accessibility,space integrity and designprinciples of recognition;for office space to achieve" sharing",put forward into the creative culture,shaping design method,field experience cross-border interest groups.In the fourth part,the design strategy of regional atmosphere construction is put forward.Firstly,by summarizing the historical cultural and natural landscape in selected regional theme;secondly by refining the local color,highlight the regional image and Regional Symbols and simplified to interpret the regional scene system of translation of geographical elements;the regional characteristics fit to express through the creation of material selection,interface and node structure.In order to complete the Regional Business Center indoor space atmosphere in the design meets the public record under the era of entrepreneurship and innovation service function with the geographical features of the public record space.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of a domestic public space development pattern,in the Liaodong Bay Area as an example to analyze the main differences of small and medium-sized city and the construction of city public record space,put forward a model of development in line with local industry and entrepreneurial population structure characteristics,construction intensive functional layout,shared space design and regional atmosphere enclosure a systematic design method and strategy.
