Converter is an important part of the energy transmission process.How to improve the efficiency of the converter has become a research hotspot in recent years.Firstly,Proposed Interleaved Boost Converter with Integrated Magnetics in eight different operating modes,including two kinds of continuous conduction mode(CCM),two kinds of critical conduction mode(CRM)and four kinds of discontinuous conduction mode(DCM),and calculated the equivalent inductance of the working mode.Analysis of the steady state phase current ripple and the total input current ripple in each mode.And further converted the load current values between each mode when switching(the boundary value condition of the load current).Through the analysis of each mode of the converter,to obtain the relationship between voltage gain,the phase current ripple,the total input current and the duty cycle,the coupling coefficient.Finally,The theory was verified by experiment and simulation results.Secondly,this paper proposed a new structure of coupled inductors which can apply in two-phase interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter.Build the changes of inductive coupled degree principle.Give the relevant methods of core design.And the simulation and experiment verified the superior performance and strong practicability of the new coupled inductors.It can get higher efficiency when used in the topology of bidirectional DC/DC converter.Finally,Depending on the converter’s load status,proposed the control scheme of Phase + frequency + PSM.Verified the correctness of the improved light-load efficiency and broaden the range of load running efficiency when using this control scheme.Combined with the characteristics of the new coupled inductors,as a precondition of the core saturation,applied the phase and frequency control scheme in the new coupled inductors which in used in interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter.It can verified the improvement of the efficiency of the new coupled inductors and the proposed control scheme.
