Bidirectional DC/DC converter is widely used in solar power, hybrid cars, wind power generation energy system, super capacitor systems in which the energy is required flow two-way. With the improvement of output power of DC/DC converter in recent years, the interleaving technique is used, in order to reduce the current stress of the switches, the input and output current ripple, and improve the transient response speed of the converter at the same time. In order to reduce the converter volume further, the magnetic integration technique is used in converter, that is, relace a plurality of discrete magnetic elements with one magnetic elements.Firstly, the work modes distribution, steady-state state current ripple and transient current response speed of interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter in Buck is studied, then the equivalent steady state inductance and equivalent transient inductance are got. By studying the relationship between the steady state phase current ripple and transient total output current ripple, the design criteria of coupled inductors is got. When coupled inductors is designed according to the design criteria, the steady state phase current ripple can be reduced as transient total output current response speed is improved. According to the similarity of the converter in Boost mode and Buck mode, the same design criteria can get the converter has in Boost mode. Secondly, based on the analysis of work mode of converter, the condition to achieve ZVS is studied in interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC/DC converter. Then on this basis, several control methods are put forward to realize ZVS. Thirdly, the main circuit and control circuit are given. Finally, according to the experimental conditions the control schemes is selected, and the efficiency curve is draw. The experiments prove possibility of converter to achieve ZVS.
