There is a universal problem that the efficiency of Bidirectional DC/DC converter (BDC) light load is low, the study of the thesis focusing on this problem. This paper introduces the interleaving technique and magnetic integration technology to reduce the current ripple, output voltage ripple and improve the response speed of converter. A detailed analysis of the duty ratio, all the modes of Buck and Boost converter with two working modes, derive the inductor current ripple andripple voltage expressions, the numerical analysis of the ripple, ripple values and therelationships among the duty cycle, the coupling coefficient, determine the converterreaches the minimum ripple under the conditions of the duty ratio the scope and coupling coefficient, the thesis introduces the channel number control scheme and frequency control scheme, and the scheme is applied to four phases interleaved DC/DC converter with magnetic integration, so optimize the converter in the full load range with high efficiency. Combining FPGAand K60 MCU serve as the main controller, according to the change of the load to execute channel number control and frequency control scheme, the thesis designs thevoltage/current sampling circuit, MOSFET drive circuit, level converting circuit and software control strategy, produce a prototype, and analyze the experimental data,to verify the feasibility of the design.
