In recent years,an inorganic binder stabilized pellets as a base semi-rigid base asphalt pavement is widely used,it is the major form of pavement structure.Since the semi-rigid material susceptible to grassroots temperature shrinkage,dry shrinkage deformation under repeated traffic loading and temperature effects,resulting in semi-rigid material often cracks caused by the temperature and humidity,which led to cracks in the asphalt surface layer is reflected and cracking.In order to study the large size asphalt gravel mixture LSM-25 on the base material as the suitability and ability to inhibit reflective cracking,relying on traffic light in the Fushun Po Road on-line test engineering background of large size asphalt gravel mixture LSM-25 on the base system research.First,large size asphalt gravel mixture raw performance LSM-25 materials were tested;then graded test designed to determine the LSM-25 by Large Scale Marshall Compaction Test.Through laboratory tests on the LSM-25 high-temperature stability and water stability test to test their road performance;followed by another on the LSM-25 compressive resilience,compressive strength test and the typical basic structure compared to inspection LSM-25 road performance.Through HPDS pavement design calculation software and its calculation of pavement layer,the use of numerical simulation software FLAC3D layer structure according to the design be simulated under load and temperature effects,and to analyze the basic contrast between LSM-25 structure layer by force,from numerical simulation of the effect of suppressing reflection cracks theoretical analysis.Then according to the structural layer designed test road paving site testing and core drilling,large size asphalt gravel mixture LSM-25 road test carried out bearing plate,deflection test measured value of the degree of compaction of the core samples,compressive resilient,compressive strength test to test the applicability of LSM-25 entity project.After a period of normal use of the road test,flatness and cracks in the road test case for post-observation and comparison with the basic analysis of the structure of LSM-25 inhibition reflective cracking effect.Finally,the LSM-25 structure analysis of the economic and social benefits.Through the above test and analysis,the large size asphalt gravel mixture LSM-25 structure has good road performance and mechanical properties of large size asphalt gravel mixture LSM-25 is applied to the actual road project,to meet the strength,Compactness and other road performance requirements.And it has a good effect of suppressing reflection cracks.And has a better economic and social benefits,Liaoning Province recommended better suppress the reflection crack pavement.
