| The base layer is the bearing layer of pavement structure,which needs the characteristics of high strength and water stability.In the case of temperature or humidity changes,the pavement base is prone to shrinkage and cracking,and the bottom of the surface layer runs through,forming reflective cracks in the surface layer.In view of the existing traditional pavement base dry shrinkage crack,temperature crack and pavement reflection crack shortcomings,such as looking for a new type of semi-rigid pavement base structure,development of design and construction of pavement base of new material,new craft,new technology.In order to study the gravel base,the natural sand and gravel resources are fully utilized.Firstly,the engineering characteristics of the natural sand and gravel are analyzed,and the application cases in the pavement base are analyzed,and the research value of gravel can be used to study the pavement base.Secondly,the structure type of the semi-rigid base,the formation mechanism of the crack and the anti-crack mechanism are analyzed,and the base structure which can effectively solve the problem of crack is introduced.Through the test of cement and aggregate,the engineering characteristics of cement and aggregates are determined.Based on the theoretical analysis of the mixture gradation,we find a gradation design method which can form the compacted skeleton structure.Based on the matching calculation of each aggregates according to the gradation theory of bayley method,the mixture ratio of the mixture was analyzed and verified in the laboratory,and the optimal mixture ratio was determined.According to the optimal mixture ratio,the sample and maintenance were made,and the test analysis of the performance of the follow-up road was achieved,and the integrity,crack resistance and compaction of the mixture were evaluated. |
