High-speed switchboard electrical connectors are widely used in new high-speed trains CRH1,CRH3 and CRH380,its normal work on the train in the switchboard electrical system plays a vital role in secure.After long-term research and exploration,study on high-speed rail(HSR)switchboard electrical connectors overseas have been relatively mature,its voltage,insulation resistance,contact resistance reliability and mechanical life are higher than domestic.According to the working characteristics and application requirements of HSR electrical connectors,key technologies of HSR electrical connectors were studied,and HSR electrical connectors which have achieved international advanced level were developed in the paper.The first chapter introduced background of the research,the present situation of domestic and foreign research on high iron panel electrical connectors was expounded,and the research status at home and abroad were analyzed and compared,then,shortage of domestic HSR switchboard electrical connectors was pointed out,and origin and significance of the topic were introduced,finally,the goal and the main content of the research was put forward.The second chapter analyzed the performance of HSR switchboard electrical connectors,the design of HSR switchboard electrical connectors target was put forward,then,the basic situation of high iron panel electrical connectors was analyzed,the overall scheme of the HSR switchboard electrical connectors was formulated,finally,the chapter expounded the overall structure of the HSR switchboard electrical connectors.In the third chapter,Feasibility analysis of the key points of the overall scheme of the high-speed rail electrical connectors was given.Taking the electrical connectors of the high-speed rail as the research object,this paper elaborated on the design process to improve the mechanical life,the reliability of the contacts and the electrical performance,as well as the corrosion resistance of sheet metal shell and other key technologies to achieve the design requirements of the electrical connector used in HSR distribution board with.In the fourth chapter,the calculation of the insulation resistance,the withstand voltage and the minimum engagement length of the connector of the high-speed railway switchboard were introduced to ensure the normal use of the electrical connector.In addition,the basic situation of design and analysis software Ansys workbench was introduced.Ansys workbench was used to test the force of the fixing claws of the high-speed rail power distribution board with electrical connectors.The fifth chapter,on the basis of design and simulation,the prototype of high-speed rail electrical connectors was analyzed.The test technique of the electrical connector for high-speed rail distribution panel was described.The functional requirements of the test device for the electrical connector of the high-speed rail switchboard were analyzed.According to the actual working conditions,the test equipment for the electrical connector for high-speed rail distribution board was developed.Electrical connector prototype was tested.The sixth chapter summarized the research work of this article,the next research content and direction of the subject of the high-speed rail power connector were pointed out.
