Automotive relay is a kind of relays which requires high technical level and reliability.With high conversion depth,high input/output ratio and multi-channel synchronous conversion,automotive relay becomes one of the indispensable electronic components in cars.Playing an important role in the circuit system,which has great influence on the whole system,the reliability life test of the relay is an vital sampling test done before the product leaves the factory.It also has a vital guiding effect on the design of the relay.As the test requires uninterrupted testing relay,peopele must constantly test monitoring,which has caused the waste of human resources and limited the scope of activities of the testers.Meanwhile,as for the relay,an important factor relating to the performance of the relay is dynamic characteristics of the relay.At present,compared to the automotive relay,most researches on dynamic characteristics of relay are about the space relay.And there are big differences between them.Based on the above background,this paper will develop a mobile monitoring system for the reliability life test of relay.At the same time,due to the large amount of the test data,this paper propose an optimization method of data transmission performance based on the storage structure of relay experiment data for a better mobile monitoring.The following is the main content of this paper:(1)Analyze the structure of automotive relays,establish its mathematical model of dynamic characteristics,and iteratively solve the mathematical model of dynamic characteristics based on the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method.Through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of automotive relays,four key parameters that have a significant impact on the performance of the relay are selected as monitoring objects.(2)Data transmission based on JSON,combined with the storage characteristics of relay reliability test data,for the problem of redundancy due to a large number of key value repetitions during JSON data transmission,proposes an improved JSON optimization strategy.The theoretical research and analysis of the formula for data transmission overhead have verified the optimization effect through experiments and realized the efficient transmission of relay reliability test data.(3)Designed and implemented a mobile monitoring system based on the Android platform.Based on the reliability test system for automotive relays,the mobile monitoring function was expanded to make the testers' activities more flexible.
