Abstract/Summary:
Conceptual phase is the key stage of product design.With the complexity of mechatronic products improved in these years.Model Based Systems Engineering has been used as one of the most important methods to design mechatronic products.Nowadays,the studies of Sys ML based systems modeling and related fields become more and more famous.But there are also some areas worth to be further researched,as for geometric information adding of Sys ML based mechatronic product system models,system model based evaluation of conceptual designing schema,integrating of system design models and CAD models,etc.In order to improve the level of Sys ML based study,this paper focus on Sys ML based systems model and research on related fields below:(1)A geometric information definition method of Sys ML based mechatronic products system model.Adding geometric information into system model is one of the most important parts of generating CAD models from system model.A geometric information defining principle is proposed for system modeling.Follow this principle,the positional relations of parts will be in detail and the size information will be replaced by default.(2)VIKOR evaluation methodology based on intuitionistic fuzzy and the application program of conceptual designing schemas.This evaluation methodology of mechatronic product conceptual designing integrates intuitionistic fuzzy theory,intuitionistic fuzzy entropy and VIKOR.Quantification of evaluation indicators based on mapping between semantic variable and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers within intuitionistic fuzzy theory.Confirming index weight based on intuitionistic fuzzy entropy.And then using VIKOR to pick up the best conceptual designing schema.Finally,developing the application program by combining evaluation methodology above and programing technology.(3)A rapid conversion method between system model and initial CAD model.A system that can generate CAD model from system model has been developed by taking advantage of the features of XML,in order to convert xml file into step file.First of all,system will parse xml file and pick out valid information.Then system will output a similar designing schema by mapping feature information to product database.If there are no similar schemas in product database,system will generate an initial CAD model based on “Early Binding” and “Late Binding” based XML/STEP mapping database.Based on the above studies.An automobile steering device is used as the example to make the methods above verified.
