Software Design Of Automatic Verification Assembly Line System For Electricity Meter

Electrical energy plays a very important role in our daily life.The power industry is the basic industry that supports the development of the country and the national economy.With the development of automation,industrialization and urbanization,the demand for electric energy is increasing.Meter is a device to measure the electric energy,and the demand is also increasing.Each meter are required for verification before leaving the factory or after using a period of time.electricity meters are widely used in China.Hundreds of millions of meters need to be checked every year.However,the traditional way for meter verification is inefficient,and the use of robots instead of human is very expensive.Automatic meter verification assembly line is the main way to check electricity meter at present.An automatic verification assembly line control system for electricity meter is designed and realized in this paper.It can improve the efficiency of meter verification,and the cost is cheap to meet the actual needs of the small and medium meter manufacturers.The system consists of slave computer,data transfer terminal,database and server.The slave computer of the system is divided into the scanning meter controller,the branch controller and the output meter controller.The branch controller takes STM32F103VCT6 as the MCU,scanning meter and output meter controller take STM32F103C8T6 as MCU,?C / OS-II is the embedded operating system.The slave computer communicates with the data transfer terminal through the CAN.Data transfer terminal and server use.Net framework 4.0 as the framework,which is developed in the C#.The function of the transfer terminal is to forward the data.The server is responsible for the operation of the whole system,the animation display of the electricity meter position and monitor assembly line.The transfer terminal communicates with the server through Ethernet.The computer software uses ADO.NET to communicate with the database.The design of the automatic meter verification assembly line realizes the functions of automatic control and calibration of the meter,real-time monitoring of the meter and device,and meter information automatically entered into the database.It solves the problem that the traditional verification methods need a large number of manual operation and is low efficiency.Through laboratory and field test,the system can meet the verification work of meter verification,and it has the characteristics of flexible structure,low cost,high efficiency and so on.
