A Paper Of Public Space Design Of Commercial Logistics Park

With the logistics industry becoming the new pillar of national economy,logistics park has become the key project of regional economic construction.The commercial logistics park is a is a well-developed logistics park type in our country,the accumulated more experience in market resources and innovation,already crossed the industry agglomeration cooperation development stage,is seeking the coordinated development of industry and space further.They put forward higher requirements for the planning and design of the park space besides function design optimization and reasonable space layout.Logistics park should not blindly pursue the economic benefits of land,more attention to the area of nature,society and people exchanges of high-level needs,through creating a human scale,attractive public space,form the park space continued vitality.This article is based on the urban public space design theory that included external space design,urban image theory,environmental behavior theory and post-use evaluation theory.Based on the logistics park planning and design work practice,this article discusses the key points of business logistics park public space design,through the two cases of Tianyuan international logistics park and the central automobile trade logistics park.At first,in this study,it has sorted out the relevant theoretical basis and relevant research progress,and defined the concept and connotation of public space in the commercial logistics park.Secondly,this study discussed the organization mode and development characteristics based on the business model of the logistics park industry behavior characteristics,industry groups public space requirements,type of commerce organizational elements of the logistics park public space;Then,this article analyzed the business model of logistics park public space design principles and design key points,and connecting with the international logistics park of doctors graduated user feedback investigation and analysis,find the existing business model of the logistics park public space design of public space homogenization,lack of multifunctional composite implementation does not reach the designated position,humanized space and public space problems such as lack of user feedback survey;Finally,this article takes the central Automobile Commercial logistics park as a case,the argument above stated commercial type logistics park public space design in the practical work,summarizes its applications in the face of the main problems,and puts forward the countermeasures.
