Since the reform and opening up,the labor intensive industry and resource driven economic growth model in China have been difficult to continue,limited to the red line of ecological protection and cultivated land resources,and the incremental planning model of urban traditional development is also changing to the stock planning model.As a public transportation tool with large capacity,low energy consumption and high quasi point,rail transit not only solves the problem of urban traffic congestion,but also can bear the framework of urban development,and takes the site as the center and remodels the surrounding land intensive,efficient and reasonable through the TOD model.The function replacement,as an optimization method for the stock based land use,can improve the economic,social and ecological benefits of the site surrounding the site,and promote the land utilization,function mixing and compact development.Finally,the intensive and efficient utilization of soil resources is formed,and the urban ecological environment is superior to the development sample.Firstly,the paper combs the interaction relationship between the rail transit station and the surrounding land,and makes clear that the TOD model is reasonable to guide the redevelopment of the redevelopment of the stock land,and combines the theoretical characteristics and the practice research of the function replacement,and puts forward the function replacement model which is suitable for the development of the surrounding land for rail transit stations in our country.Sign.Then combined with the cooperative characteristics between the stock development and the function replacement under the TOD mode,the scientific nature of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the decision-making system is brought into play through the combination of qualitative and quantitative models,and the selection evaluation system and the transfer direction selection evaluation system for the functional replacement land are set up,and a set of system is set up.With the TOD model as the guiding principle,the scientific decision-making process from the choice of land use to the direction of function conversion is used to further optimize the theoretical basis of the future function replacement and the development of the surrounding land for rail transit.In the end,the thesis takes the urban built-up rail transit station of Guangzhou as an example to carry out an empirical study.First,the most suitable block for functional replacement is determined by the selection evaluation system,and the most suitable conversion function is selected through the function transformation direction evaluation system,so as to make a plan for the intensive optimization of the site surrounding the site and the function reshaping.According to it.
