The status of less land and dense population put the urban land use and transport development into a sticky position,more and more cities chose to construct large capacity rail transportation.The construction of rail transit to enhance the accessibility of the track around the land and land prices,so the development of rail transit around the land control becomes a research hotspot.In this paper,we use the empirical analogy method to carry out the quantitative research on the land use planning control index of the most common site in the rail transit station,and provide the quantitative basis for the exploitation and control of the surrounding land in the general transportation of the rail transit.First of all,the rail transit station is classified according to its "location-traffic"characteristics,and according to the characteristics of the site-oriented function of the site type,the formation of "location-traffic" and "functional orientation" of the composite classification matrix,selects the general site Five types of land use as the research object.Secondly,according to the principle of bus-oriented development,the volume rate,building density,land use degree,land use uniformity,land use diversity,road network density,bus transfer distance,walkway density and eight indicators of land use development index were selected.In addition,according to the development status and industry reputation of the selection of a total of six domestic and international experience of 81 rail transit genera! sites as an experience case,and extract data of the eight indicators of these sites and start regression or normal analysis.Then sum up the general rule of the index value.The volume ratio and the building density index are related to the economic population size of the city,and also related to the land use type of the site.The formula of the population economy scale is taken as the independent variable.The land use degree and the land uniformity index are related to the land use type,and the proposed value intervalis obtained by normal analysis.The diversity of land use,the distance between bus and the walkway density are the non-difference indicators of the orbital station,and the recommended range is obtained by frequency distribution analysis.Finally,according to the relevant norms and literature data,the paper puts forward the recommended value of the land use planning index of the general site of rail transit,and takes the general site of Hefei track 4,5 line as an example to carry on the empirical research.
