The internal control system of enterprises as an important measure to improve the risk prevention and management,related to the survival and long-term development of enterprises,is an important part of enterprise management and operation,construction and implementation effect of the system of internal control mechanism has been a hot issue of the national regulatory authorities and management related areas of concern.As the internal control standard system of enterprises in our country has been gradually built up.Strengthening the internal control of enterprises and stabilizing the development of enterprises is becoming the common understanding of all enterprises.The power industry is the pillar industry of our national economy,the construction of electric power enterprise internal control mechanism has become the focus of research in the field of industry,photovoltaic power generation enterprises as a new type of enterprise of electric power enterprise,due to economic and technical characteristics,the business risks and risk management were higher than that of traditional industry.It is of great significance to establish and implement an effective internal control system in the photovoltaic enterprises.In this paper,L photovoltaic power plant as the research object,the related theory of internal control and standardized management were discussed,and focuses on the analysis of the theory of internal control standards,followed by the research on China’s internal control system and work flow standardization system,analysis the current situation of internal control of L photovoltaic power plant and exist at the same time combined to build the evaluation system of internal control of L photovoltaic power station standardization based on the working process.This paper uses quantitative and qualitative research method,investigation method,literature method and normative research method to build the evaluation index system of internal control work process standardization based on L photovoltaic power plant will be classified in accordance with the objectives of internal control,and find out the key indicators for photovoltaic power generation enterprises,build internal control index system of workflow standards based on the.When determining index weight,we use analytic hierarchy process(AHP),combined with experts and senior executives’ scoring,determine the weight of each index,including the evaluation index selection principles,index type determination,index weight and evaluation score calculation model,according to the conclusion,for the reconstruction of internal photovoltaic power generation business process standardization based on the control system.Suggestions are put forward to improve the internal control system and improve the implementation of the photovoltaic power generation enterprises.To establish and perfect the governance structure,human resources management system,efficient and transparent,through the optimization of enterprise culture,improve the social responsibility system,create a good internal control environment;combination of risk assessment and control activities,with daily production characteristics of PV power plants targeted the standard work flow design,safety inspection,check the daily production scheduling,emergency coordination the specific control link;pay attention to the internal communication and information construction,to reduce the risk of information communication;the responsibility of building a clear,relatively independent of the internal audit department,to ensure that internal audit internal supervision and the implementation of effective risk oriented.The research of this paper can provide an important reference for electric power enterprises,especially the photovoltaic power generation enterprises,and has very obvious practical significance and practical application value.Establish an internal control system based on standardized management,apply the internal control system to the photovoltaic power plant management system,broaden the scope of application of internal control theory,and provide certain ideas for the construction of internal control systems for photovoltaic power plants.Through a series of theoretical studies on standardized management and internal control,as well as case studies on L photovoltaic power plants,related policies were introduced,risk management was introduced,internal governance was focused on,the effectiveness of internal controls was improved,and the development of L photovoltaic power stations was promoted.At the same time,it provides a certain theoretical reference and reference role for other companies to establish an internal control evaluation system based on standardized management.
