Wind power as the domestic renewable energy power generation in the form of the most efficient and efficient new energy categories,the future should bear the backbone of China's energy alternative strategy.This is also China is promoting the"energy revolution" the biggest note.In the cross-regional transmission,due to different regional peak-shaving ability,the peak load power supply needs more macro scheduling distribution,and the wind power uncertainty and the inverse peak for the inter-regional system scheduling brings greater difficulty.In this paper,we focus on the problem of cross-regional scheduling under large-scale wind power transportation.The main contents are as follows:(1)background and application of dynamic research.This paper analyzes the background of the project,analyzes the research trends of trans-regional transmission of wind power and large-scale dispatching model at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of resource allocation across regions,and analyzes the influencing factors of cross-regional resource allocation.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of inter-regional power grid dispatching.Three important factors of wind power output characteristics,grid peaking capacity and switching plan of interconnection are studied.(3)Design of scheduling strategies optimized for contact line exchange planning.The objective strategy and constraint condition of the model are studied,and the optimization conditions and optimization steps of the tie line are discussed.(4)Design of scheduling strategy for multiple time scales.A cross-regional cross-regional grid scheduling strategy is designed for multi-time scale.The basic flow of multi-time scale cross-regional scheduling optimization is clarified,and the optimization model of inter-regional scheduling,the intra-day optimization model and the implementation of scheduling optimization model are discussed respectively.Introduce the basic principles,optimization goals and constraints in each time scale.(5)Example validation analysis.The simulation analysis of the established scheduling strategy is carried out by using the data of IEEE 118 node test system,and the results of the strategy implementation are verified.The experimental results show that the proposed scheduling strategy has good economic efficiency and operational efficiency,which can be used for reference in this field.
